The primary service provided is a customized and adaptive training program based on the principles of periodization, and includes strength training and proper warmup and cooldown exercises to maximize your potential and minimize the risk of injury. In addition, tips on running form, hydration, and nutrition are provided. Your training program will be developed based upon your fitness level, running experience, injury history, goals, and times available for training. Your program will be adapted on a week-to-week basis depending on your response to the training, so that you are progressing optimally toward your goals.
